- LLC, Incorporated, Corp, or any business entity suffix unless the business is actually an LLC, corporation.
- The words such as banker, bank, banc, bancorporation, bancorp, banquers, banque, banca, banco, trust or words with simiar meanings without approval from the state Division of Banking.
- The words such as academy, educate, college, education, institute, school, educational, institution, or university without approval from the state Department of Education.
Register Your Wyoming DBA ($100)
Before you file a Wyoming trade name, you must already be using the intended trade name. One way is to do that is to reserve a business name by submitting an Application for Reservation of Trade Name. You can reserve the trade name for 120 days.
