Arizona LLC Publication Requirement

When you form a limited liability company (LLC) or corporation in Arizona, the state requires you to publish a formation notice in a newspaper for 3 consecutive publications. The publication must be made within 60 days of receiving notice from the Arizona Corporations Commission in the county where your registered agent is located.

How to Make Notice of Publication LLC Arizona

After receiving the Notice of Publication from Arizona Corporation Commission, all LLCs and corporations must fulfill the Arizona Publication requirements. 

For that, within 60 days after receiving the Notice of Publication, you need to make 3 consecutive LLC publications in a newspaper of the county of statutory agent street address.
