According to an article in Bloomberg, the manager of Evergreen fixed-income funds, Tattersall Advisory Group, may be fired by Wells Fargo.

“Evergreen Investments, a mutual-fund and institutional investment division of Wachovia Corp., recommended that Wells Capital Management take over as advisor for the Evergreen Core Bond Fund and Evergreen Core Plus Bond Fund.”

After both of its funds declined last year, Evergreen is hoping to improve its performance with new management and the ability to take advantage of Wells Fargo’s more extensive resources.
