North State Bank named of North Carolina’s top 100 small businesses

An article in dBusiness News states that Business Leader Magazine ranked North State Bank 21st on a list of the top 100 small businesses in North Carolina.

The magazine looked at 280 businesses and ranked them based on categories such as growth in revenue, business achievements, and involvement in the local community.

Thad Woodard, president and CEO of the North Carolina Bankers Association said, “This award speaks volumes about the strength of community banking in North Carolina. North State Bank has thrived and stayed true to their core values during an extremely challenging economic period. That’s impressive and a testament to their business model.”
