According to the Hartford Courant, Farmington Savings Bank is working on a “major expansion at a time when many other banks are just trying to hold steady.”

This fall, the bank will move into new headquarters in Farmington. It will be almost twice the size of its current corporate spaces, which is spread over five separate locations in Farmington. The new headquarters also has room for a substantial expansion in the future.

Additionally, the bank will eventually add five more branches, expand its commercial banking region, and add both government banking and commercial cash management.
