CNBC reports that “a state panel gave a modest boost to the official revenue forecast Delaware lawmakers will use in fashioning a budget for the fiscal year that starts July 1.”

“Members of the Delaware Economic and Financial advisory Council on Monday voted to increase the revenue estimate for fiscal 2010 by $8.5 million compared to last month’s estimate.”

The increase was a result of several factors, including a $20 million settlement related to a property audit and small increases in lottery proceeds and corporate income tax revenue.
