According to the Dallas Morning News, the Texas State Department of Banking has shut down Millennium State Bank of Dallas and named the FDIC as its receiver.

The State Bank of Texas will be taking over the bank’s deposits, which come up to roughly $115 million.

“Depositors of Millennium will automatically become depositors of State Bank of Texas. Deposits will continue to be insured by the FDIC.”
