California Bank & Trust Completes Conversion of Alliance Bank Branch

According to the Business Wire, the California Bank & Trust has finished converting former Alliance Bank buildings and accounts into California Bank & Trust.

“More than 6,000 deposit accounts have been fully integrated into the California Bank & Trust banking system. California Bank & Trust acquired the deposits and loans of Alliance Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on February 9, 2009.”

The conversion will offer customers three additional banking offices as well as access to new products.
