Best Rate at a MoneyAisle Network Lender Guarantee

• The Best Rate at a Network Lender Guarantee is limited to the APR:
  • Offered to you through the MoneyAisle auction based on the loan terms (loan amount, estimated credit score range, and car year, make, model and mileage) that you provide,
  • That you accept from a bank or credit union in our network.
  It is not based on the APR you may receive from such bank or credit union if you proceed with the loan transaction.
• To qualify, you must first "accept" the APR offered through MoneyAisle. This will be evidenced by receipt and provision of your MoneyAisle offer confirmation number. (You "accept" an APR through MoneyAisle when you run a MoneyAisle auction and subsequently confirm an offer from a bank or credit union by submitting an online contact request.)
• To qualify, you must find that the same bank or credit union that offered you the MoneyAisle APR that you accepted is offering a better rate elsewhere, as demonstrated by either (a) showing that a better rate is publicly available from the same financial institution or (b) receiving a written quote for a better rate from the same financial institution.
• A better rate is defined as having a lower APR for the exact same loan. To qualify as the same loan, the following must be the same: loan amount; repayment term; estimated credit score range; car year; car make; car model; car mileage; car value; ZIP code; and terms of membership eligibility.
• To qualify, within 7 days of accepting a rate through MoneyAisle, you must close your loan (as evidenced by appropriate documentation).
• To qualify, you must notify MoneyAisle by email of the better rate and provide proof of loan completion within 7 days of closing your loan. (See redemption details below.)
• If you meet these requirements, we'll send you a check for $50 and pay 100% of the difference in your monthly interest payments for the first year of the loan.

Restrictions

• The MoneyAisle best rate guarantee is only applicable for the following products: auto refinance; new car loan; used car loan; RV refinance; new RV loan; used RV loan; motorcycle refinance; new motorcycle loan; used motorcycle loan; boat refinance; new boat loan; used boat loan; personal loan.
• You must have an actual (not estimated) credit score of 620 or higher. Borrowers who do not meet this requirement are not eligible for the best rate guarantee.
• You must have originally accepted the APR and loan terms offered through MoneyAisle.
• MoneyAisle's best rate guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to unpublished rates that are not available to the general public. Available to the general public means that the rate is available to anyone who lives, works, or worships in the ZIP code in which the auction with the accepted rate was initially run. Rates not available to the general public include (but are not limited to) discount rates provided to corporations, clubs, groups, organizations, non-profits, military, senior citizens, and students. Any special discount rate where the rate is offered as part of an accompanying promotion, incentive, or cross-sell offer does not qualify. Rates offered through or by automobile dealerships do not qualify. Rates offered as part of manufacturer promotions and by manufacturer financing arms do not qualify (even if members FDIC or NCUA.)
• Best rate guarantee only applies to individuals applying for loans. Businesses are not eligible for the best rate guarantee.
• Best rate guarantee only applies when competing offer is from a member FDIC or member NCUA institutions.
• Additional restrictions may apply. MoneyAisle is the final authority on interpretation of these rules. MoneyAisle reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which incomplete information has been provided. MoneyAisle reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice. Limit 1 redemption per household, per year. MoneyAisle Best Rate Guarantee cannot be combined with other MoneyAisle offers or incentives. This offer is valid in the US only. Claims postmarked or received after applicable dates, incomplete submissions, and illegible submissions will be ineligible. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. MoneyAisle reserves the right to request additional information regarding guarantee claims. False information disqualifies this claim, making it subject to review under U.S. Postal Regulations. Redemption requirements

• Notify us by email (customerservice@moneyaisle.com) of the better offer. Include:
• Your loan acceptance confirmation number.
• Proof of the better rate. If possible, include a system-dated attachment to your email rather than a web link. If you send a web link, the better rate offer must be publicly available at that link when we review your request.
• You must then close the loan within 7 days of originally accepting the MoneyAisle offer.
• Complete the Proof of Loan Terms Form and have it verified by the financial institution where you received your loan. We must receive the completed and verified form within 7 days of your loan closing.
