All Participating Banks are Members FDIC
Your CD and High-Yield Savings deposits are insured by the FDIC, an independent agency of the U.S.
Government, to a maximum amount of $250,000 (including principal and interest) for all deposits held
in the same capacity per insured financial institution. Any accounts or deposits that you already
maintain directly with a particular insured financial institution, or through any other intermediary
in the same capacity in which the CDs and High-Yield Savings deposits are maintained, may be
aggregated with the CDs and High-Yield Savings accounts for purposes of the $250,000 limit.
Changes in FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage
Deposits at FDIC-insured institutions are now insured up to at least $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013. On January 1, 2014, the standard insurance amount will return to $100,000 per depositor for all account categories except for IRAs and other certain retirement accounts which will remain at $250,000 per depositor.

EDIE (Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator)
To use the FDIC's EDIE
(Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator) to check your accounts, please visit: http://www.fdic.gov/edie/calculator.html
EDIE is designed to give an accurate deposit insurance calculation, assuming it is properly used and the account information is correctly entered. However, the results and conclusions generated by EDIE are strictly advisory. All actual claims for deposit insurance shall be governed exclusively by information set forth in the FDIC-insured institution's records and applicable federal statutes and regulations then in effect. The calculation is based on the deposit insurance regulations in effect as of October 2008.
